Parkview Residents Association is segmented into working committees to enable it discharge effectively its responsibilities unhindered. The committees are: Security, Environmental, Finance, Administration, Legal, Social/ Publicity, street coordinators, all headed by able chairmen voluntarily.
The estate is generally co-ordinated by an efficient Estate Manager who co-ordinates the affairs of the estate under the able secretariat of the General Secretary.
On environmental, with the Operation Manager and Environmental Officer who carry out efficient cleaning of the estate ranging from cleaning of the streets, drains, canals and waste disposal, a better and cleaner environment has been achieved.
