Parkview Estate is a luxurious suburb of Ikoyi in Lagos. It is bordered by Gerrard Road and Banana Island. The estate is majorly residential. However, some private firms have offices and guest houses in the estate.
The estate also hosts several hotels like Pearl Court Residence & Hotels, Parkview Astoria Hotel, Upperclass Suites and several others.
Parkview is a hybrid residential estate consisting of respected, high class and well behaved people. Parkview Residents Association was founded in 1992 and was duly registered under the Corporate Affairs Commission at Abuja on the 28th of December 2006. The board of Trustees is as follows:

It is mainly residential, designed to suit the class of residents and property owners with infinitesimal business interest. We have about 400 building in Parkview and more are still under construction.
The estate has recorded a relatively peaceful atmosphere by the grace of God, and a well structured Association put in place by residents to run it for the benefit of all.
